Terms of Service
✧ By ordering a commission from me, you ("the Client") affirm to have read and agree to be legally bound by the Terms of Service listed below ✧
✧ Failure to abide by the following terms may result in a rejected/cancelled commission ✧
✧ WHAT I DRAW ✧
✧ YES - animals, anthros, fantasy creatures
✧ NO - nsfw/fetishes, complex backgrounds, hate/vent/derogatory art, firearms, violent imagery
✧ Maybe/Ask/Complexity Fee - armor, intricate clothes, weapons, mecha, anything else that requires significantly more time to draw

The Artist takes payment upfront before starting the commission via PayPal. No refunds may be given. All prices are in USD.
The Artist will send a Work In Progress sketch for approval. The Client may request changes at this time.
Changes will not be made to the commission after approved (except for minor changes at the end, such as missing character markings)
The Client may not claim the commission as their work, whether they did or did not make any edits to the commission.
The Artist has a right to refuse/cancel the commission for whatever reason, with or without explanation.
The Artist has a right to upload the commission on any/all social media (Tumblr, Twitter, DeviantArt, Toyhou.se, Instagram, etc.) unless specified by the Client beforehand to keep the commission private.
The Artist does not work on a "first come first serve" basis. Smaller commissions/commissions that do not take much time may be worked on in between larger commissions/commissions requiring more time.
The Client may contact the Artist at any time to ask for a progress check on the commission, but no more than once every two weeks. The Client is encouraged to contact the Artist via social media (Tumblr, Twitter, DeviantArt, Toyhou.se, Instagram)
The Client may reupload the commission on social media so long as credit is given to The Artist and it is not uploaded in a problematic context.
Turnaround Time: 30 business days, unless otherwise specified

• Style: Regular/Badge
• Proportion: Headshot/Bust/Halfbody/Fullbody
• Details: Keywords, Pose(s), Expression(s), etc.
• Addons: Speedpaint, Extra Characters, etc.
• Inspiration: Link(s) to Music / Moodboards / Media / etc. to inspire the piece.
Regular Comms
✧ All pieces will be between 720px - 1500px depending on proportion ✧
✧ Larger sizes may be requested ✧
✧ Basic shading is included ✧
